| While we are based in the Greater Montreal area our virtual-environment solutions offer the flexibility to provide a variety of services to most small and mid-sized businesses across the country. |

| We specialize in small to mid-sized companies. Our definition of small and medium size businesses include sole proprietors. We work most frequently with companies that have 25 to 200 employees participating in a benefit program. |
